Web form limitations
SurveyCTO's support for web forms includes a few limits that depend on your subscription level:
Managing your subscription
To view or manage your SurveyCTO subscription, go to the Manage Subscription section of the SurveyCTO website.
- Maximum web file attachment size: 100MB for paid accounts, 50MB for free accounts
- Maximum web submission size (all attachments): 250MB for paid accounts, 100MB for free accounts
Web forms also don't support the full range of field types and features supported in SurveyCTO Collect. See this help topic for more details on feature coverage.
