Field type: subscriberid
In the form designer, edit Form settings, then check the subscriberid meta-data field (if it isn't already).
subscriberid: record the subscriber ID associated with the device's SIM card, if any. This is an automatic, hidden field type: it is filled in automatically and never shows up in the survey's user interface.
In the spreadsheet form definition:

Platform limitations
Web browsers — This field is not supported on web browsers.
iOS — This field is not supported on Collect for iOS.
Android — This field is supported on Android versions 4-9. Android versions 10 and above will leave this field blank.
