Field type: phonenumber
In the form designer, edit Form settings, then check the devicephonenum meta-data field (if it isn't already).
phonenumber: record the phone number associated with the device's SIM card, if any. This is an automatic, hidden field type: it is filled in automatically and never shows up in the survey's user interface.
Platform limitations
Only SurveyCTO Collect on Android supports this field type. It's not supported on iOS or the web. More about platform limitations...
